THE PROBLEM
The International Yacht Collection required a pre-purchase condition survey of a Ferretti 24m superyacht to be undertaken within a relatively tight timeframe.
Maritime Services International were hired to complete the survey due to
our vast experience in a wide range of maritime surveys and our extensive international network of highly qualified, professional surveyors and maritime experts.
Maritime Services International has produced over 250 Pre-purchase surveys during the last 4 years.
OUR SOLUTION
One of our many highly qualified surveyors attended the site in Italy to carry out a detailed survey and prepare a comprehensive and explanatory report for our client. This was carried out with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
Using best practise (as in there was no better) and drawing from a wide range of sources (not limited solely to marine practice) the programme delivers practical advice and guidance to Owners, Managers and Captains identifying any areas were improvements could be made.
THE RESULTS
The survey was completed to a high standard and the comprehensive report was presented, and after some further negotiations the sale of the vessel was concluded for the new owners successfully.
